Swords from Spain remind you to check your product as soon as you receive it, and if there is any damage you must notify it to the same person who is delivering it to you. Never sign any paper where you say you have received your product in good conditions if there is any damage. Remember that all our products are sent with an insurance and if there is any problem we can replace your product as soon as we receive that notification. Otherwise if you receive one of our products with some broken part and you donīt say anything to the carrier, we wonīt be able to replace your product.
